The project is to create a portal where a user can take images of a local spot via mobile phone and upload to a web server which orchestrates virtual earth mapping and a Silverlight picture browser on ASP.NET Ajax page for others to share and discuss about it. Where as the administrator can log in to the site from backend, and publish or leaves pictures unpublished if they fail to fulfill site policy.
