Answer: We see the solution of the problem in using the physical potential of every person. Even a person without education and special qualification can use his/her physical abilities to create ecologically clean energy. The energy received that way will be used to get electric vehicles going. This, in its turn, will lead to decrease of carbonic acid emission and, as a consequence, to diminution of the greenhouse effect. This technology can become a source of income for millions of people. While thinking over the problem we started from already existing technologies. The idea we suggest can be brought to life as early as now.
