Answer: MOSES is a solution that combine the advantages of hardware, software, and human resources in order to provide health care services especially for fighting back malaria in isolated rural area, which is the main target of the number one tropical disease in this world.

Question: Inspiration: What inspired your team to enter the Microsoft Imagine Cup and why did you choose the Software Design competition?
Answer: We were inspired by the glorious of our 'elder brother', team Antarmuka with their project Butterfly who won Rural Innovation Award in 2008. And now, we are highly determined to achieve the highest success this year, in one of the most prestigious student technology competition, The Imagine Cup! We chose to compete in software design competition because we realize that software is really powerful and the development of new technologies, especially in software design could give a significant change for people who need helps and assistances.

Question: Team History: How did your team meet?
Answer: We came from different area from all over Indonesia. But we go to the same university, Insitut Teknologi Bandung. Since we had the same passion and determination to compete in Imagine Cup Software Design Competition, we decided to form a team, the Big Bang.

Question: Team Experience: What experience did your team have with Software Design before competing in the Imagine Cup?
Answer: We did several software design projects for private companies, government, and personal needs. It varied from developing management information system, website, and decision support system. Some of our member also had great experiences in similar software design national local competition.

Question: Highlights: What has been the best part of the Imagine Cup competition to date?
Answer: The best part of this competition so far is when we did our final local presentation, in front of so many people and watched by the news reporters and Microsoft leaders. And of course, The most unforgettable moment is when Steve Ballmer, CEO Microsoft Corporation announced the winner of Indonesia Software Design Local Competition, Team Big Bang !

Question: Inspiration: How did your team come up with your submission? Include which Millennium Development Goal inspired your solution.
Answer: We were inspired by the condition of our poor health care services, especially for people who live in rural area. While we live in a big city, we can go to meet medical workers when we get illnesses, but the same condition can't be expected in those rural area, since the distribution of medical skilled workers and medical check up devices are not very well. Moreover, malaria is actually a simple disease if we can give the right diagnosis and treatment plan in no longer than 48 hours, but the reality is they can't have it just because of simple problem, access to medical workers. That's why we tried to solve United Nation Millennium Development Goal No.6, which is Combat Malaria, HIV/AIDS, and other diseases.

Question: Challenges: What personal or technological challenges did your team face while developing your submission?
Answer: When we decided to solve the toughest problem in health care services, we realized that we don't have any background in medical diagnosis and anything related with medical activities. That's why we met and consulted with so many doctors, medical expertise, and people in public health care department, in order to get the complete and comprehensive view of the problem that is faced in their daily activities. Another challenges came from financial support, since there are some devices that are not in our range of purchase capability.

Question: Future Plans: What does your team plan on doing after the Worldwide Finals in Cairo, Egypt? Do you plan to use your project to launch a new business?
Answer: We do really hope that our project will become useful for this world, especially for development of our nation, that's why we decide to continue the development of this project. Recently, We were contacted by researchers team who's been worked in pilot project of telemedicine in Indonesia, and we hope we can launch a new business in telemedicine area.
