    Final Preparation

    Hello Imagine Cup Team,

In order to prepare better ouf final presentation, we have several questions :

1 - Scheduling : How many times have we got for our presentation ? Do we must respect this time (no more no less)  or it's a range ?

2 - Presentation : Whats materials have you got in order to make presentation ? Are there mandatory elements (powerpoint slide ? game demo ?) ? Can we launch music when we spoke ? Have we got a micro ? With hand necessary or freehand ? On desk ?

3 - Final Conditions : It's a privative presentation with jury ? Public ? If yes, where are we positionned by report to them ? If there are public, who it are ? Is it opened for everybody ?  Can our friends come ?

4 - Jury : Are they the same judge who have check all games ? How many are them ? Are all they from Microsoft USA ? Are they special "guest star" ? What's they profession (graphic designer ? business ? communication ? Game designer ? etc.) ?

Thanks for all ! And we say good luck to the others finalist. See you in Paris for competition and for fun !!!

    Hi Game Dev Finalists--

We sent you an email yesterday about the order of presentations before the judges. There's a new video on Channel 8 where Rogerio and Tim did a live drawing to determine what team goes first, secoond, third etc. There is also a lot of info on your Captain's Message page.

A full list of judges will be live by Monday. Some are from Microsoft's XNA team, and the co-sponsor of this year's Game Development competition,  Games For Change also will have a judge on the panel. To learn more about Games for Change, see www.gamesforchange.org. They are based in New York City.

We can't wait to meet you in Paris!! Just a few days to go... :)
