Cant get to my product keys.

Reply Contact You should printed out your product keys or saved them by screenshot/or a paste and copied text file while your order and you could saved your downloaded files by burn a cd-dvd or copy them to a extern harddisk. I have done so. So you havent to wait that they open "Your Software downloads" again. I think that we didnt get any software in this year for our entrys and work, because the Software download is closed now for more then four weeks and this Dreamsparks Software Platform for Students is only for a few Universities here. And its very very bad that no one from the mods answer this thread clear here. A Better World - Needs Better Technology

Reply Contact I have a key I was given last year when I was given Standard Server 2003 and when I got around to trying it recently the program won't accept the key, saying it's invalid.  All support will tell me is to wait for the 'elms site,' which is according to them is 'currently unavailable' with no idea as to an availability date.  What I don't understand is why the key on there is expected to be any different from my original invalid key, but when I point this out I may as well be writing to Santa Claus. This treatment is really not appreciated.  That this software was gratuitous is no excuse for not delivering on a promise in my considered opinion.  Any sugestions will be appreciated.  By the way, does anyone have any idea what this supposed "elms" site is?????
